Enterprise Java Work

I’m tired of hearing that there is no work while in our company always is a problem get a Java programmer. It is not they need to be experts, what is lacking is what is known as Enterprise Java programmer, people who program in Java, JSP, SQL, Spring, etc. Clear this will sound to most Chinese, but isn’t it.
